Intel invests in Jajah

I just got news that Intel is lead investor in Jajah's C series investment round and that must certainly be quite a support for Jajah's team. The space of telephony services is pretty crowded but I still feel Jajah is one of the future winners. I have been a long time user of Jajah and I think the service they offer is just great. I hope this new massive support helps them bring us even better features and make even more powerful contributions to the inevitable convergence between mobile telephony and the Internet.

  1. This is great news for Jajah!
On our side, we have totally abandoned the idea of having a landline.
We use a SkypePhone that hooks to our cable Internet router and, for a few bucks, we get hours of phone call anywhere in the world.
Plus we can receive direct Skype calls on it, blurring even more the border between standard telephony and pure VOIP.

  2. David, with your help I have been able to locate the right SkypePhone and I will be running tests over the next couple of months aimed at kissing my landline bye-bye and become a "mutant" like you :-)
